Spa Location : Prime areas of the city,  preferably residential areas with a quiet neighborhood.

Size of Space - 2500 sq.ft. approx

​

What to look for in the space - 5 therapy rooms with Bath, 2/3 dry therapy rooms without Bath and a staff room. 

Lease period - 6-9 years

​

Investment - Approximately 35-40 Lakhs

 

Payback expected in about 18 months.
